1) Yep, tried them...kind of odd...I couldn't decide if I liked them or not. 2) Yep, I just saw some pepper gouda yesterday, I can't remember if it was chipoltle or jalapeño. I'll have to try it. 3) I'm always stumped on wedding gifts... 4)yep, we were just talking about that today. My SIL made a strawberry spinach salad for our BBQ at the park, she said she puts almonds in it sometimes & it is supposed to have red onions, but my bro doesn't eat onions -- silly man!! 5)not really...my cousin was in town last month, she is a photographer in NJ, she took family pics for us while she was here, I was prepared for that & it was okay. The pics actually came out great! 6) yep, a few times when we have been camping there have been squirrels or chipmunks playing around in the trees...fun to watch!!

I couldn't get my kids to try those pea crisp things...I wound up throwing about half the bag away. I originally bought them as an option for Bunco, but forgot to take them when I hosted...

We got the new Boar's Head bold flavor stuff in today at work...that chipoltle Gouda is very tasty & would be perfect on a nice juicy burger!! There is a 3 pepper co-jack that I didn't like nearly as well. The chipoltle chicken was very goo, as well...the jerk turkey was okay.

No, I just sliced myself a sample of each item & tried a slice. I'm thinking maybe we will grind meat for burgers & do that this weekend.

That's the thing, it tastes so much better fresh ground & it is cheaper!! I pick up chuck roasts & round steaks marked down all the time for a $ or so cheaper than hamburger. We have a manual grinder that we have used, the food processor I just dug out of the shed is supposed to grind meat, we are going to try it out. We bought a grinder attachment for our Kitchen Aid mixer, but haven't used it yet...hopefully we can return it if the food processor works well.
