I am thankful for a full fridge/freezer/pantry! I love having so many fresh fruits and vegetables this time of year. DH was craving pasta, so I made a healthy chicken parm (DS's favorite) with a side of whole grain spaghetti. I also served a tomato salad, sliced watermelon, and Raineri cherries. Yum! So full! We are blessed with full tummies tonight!

What is your healthy chicken parm , Jeanie?  :smileyhappy:

I've been having a cherry kick too, they are so good and with all the fresh veggies, I've niticed a difference in my figure.

What brand is the whole grain spaghetti you used?  :smileyhappy:

Rocking your figure this summer, Brenda? Go for it! : ) I bake my chicken parm in the oven instead of frying it in oil, then I use low fat cheese. My son devours it. We use Barilla whole grain spaghetti. My family will eat any kind of pasta . . . White, whole grain, whole wheat, enriched, super pasta, whatever . . . I just try to find the healthiest and best price. I can get the Barilla whole grain for about $1.39 per box.

I'm trying to use more whole grain pasta in my Italian recipes too.  I'm wanting to try Eggplant parmesan in the oven.  My local store had Barilla pasta in  it's shopper, but they never have it when I go look for it.  :smileysad:

I'm wanting to surprise my guy with an Italian meal the next time I see him!   :smileywink::heart:
