Banana Cream Delight

Banana Cream Delight

Crust
2 c. flour
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. macadamia nuts, chopped fine

Blend flour and butter with pastry blender. Mix in 3/4 cup of the nuts.
Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or
until golden brown. Cool.

Middle layer
1 pkg. 8oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
½ (12oz.) container of
cool whip
4-5 bananas
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until blended and smooth. Mix in
the cool whip and spread over the cooled crust. Slice bananas evenly
over the cream cheese.

Top Layer
2 pkgs. Instant vanilla
pudding (3oz.)
3 cups cold milk
remaining cool whip

Whip pudding with milk until thick and spread over the bananas. Be sure
to seal all edges. Spread remaining cool whip on top, sprinkel with
reserved Macadamia nuts and refrigerate. Chill several hours before
serving.

Got to forget bananas here for now, the ones for this recipe would cost $20 and our doller is higher than yours so that is a major ouch!

Wow, bananas are cheap for you right now! I just bought a bunch but can't remember the price per pound. Think it cost me 3 or 4 dollars for the whole bunch but not sure.
