Do you BBQ all year round? We do. Never stop. Mind you I encourage DH to stand out there in winter and not me....smile! If not is it time to pack yours up for over the colder months? Those that stop for the Winter are you dusting it off and getting ready for the warm weather? Do you have a favourite food to cook on the BBQ?

No but try to grill as long as we can! Once the snow comes that's it for grilling...

I love that you can so many different sausages these days. Last night made curried sausages using chicken sausages. Totally yum. I still have my charcoal weber bbq but mainly use the big gas one as it is on the house town gas so never runs out! Yay. Maybe now you are going into Autumn would be nice to use that bbq.

That looks like a lot of fun and I sure would offer to taste test some of it. Last Sunday here was an international cooking day in the park but most of the foods were Asian or European, no smoking hot bbq in sight. This must be a great event for the local economy.

LOL I do see that a layer of snow would be a bit of an impediment to it. I guess it makes you enjoy it while you can. Have you done any pizzas on the barbie recently?

LOL yes it would! I haven't done pizza on the grill lately, maybe last month. The grill is out of gas so need to have it filled. Will need to do that for Saturday. Ds has a band compitition and we'll be grilling for the food stand to sell.

Sure do BBQ all year round here although didn't as much this Winter.   My mind turned to BBQing again last week and we have two nights recently.   This weekend too!  BBQ!   By mentioning your charcoal Weber you reminded me that Christmas (sorry ladies) is here this year and I will need to cook the pork .. ACK ON THE WEBER!   Ours fell to bits.  I need to test out cooking a leg of pork on the covered BBQ.

I just like the taste of anything cooked on the BBQ and dh looks after cleaning it so ........

Summer .. meat and salad for dinner every night .. EASY!

Looking at this iVillage link as I type .. multitasking LOL!

WOW!   Just look at that video!   THOSE RIBS!   Honestly, IF ONLY, we could get them like that in Australia.   It is my FAVOURITE of all food to eat when in the U.S.   I have heard of this festival on a cooking show here.   The aromas as you walking down the pathway must be, must be ......

Oh GO AWAY!   GREEN here!   Thanks for sharing this ..

Me too on the sausages Suzi! Our local butcher makes fabulous sausages but recently I decided that $15 a kilo was a little high and so tried some local supermarket sausages. They were really nice even if a bit salty. Will still buy the butcher's chicken sausages. My Dad would make curried sausages on the weekend for breakfast and to this day the dish is a family favourite! He still cooks them regularly and is 87!
