Donna Roasted Pepper Bruschetta

Serve these as appetizers at your next cocktail party.

Makes 10-12

12 French bread slices (1/4-inch thick)
1/2 cup Roasted red peppers (canned)
¼ cup Extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons basil, fresh, chopped
To taste Salt and pepper

Brush the bread slices with oil and grill until just toasted. Set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spoon the mixture onto the bread and serve immediately.
