Garlicky Cheese spread
(source unknown)

1-2TBS. Mayo

8oz. Feta Cheese

8oz. Cream cheese

3-4 cloves garlic chopped

parsley

milk as needed

Put all ingredients but milk and parsley in food processor and blend, add milk a tablespoon at a time. The amount of milk will depend on how thick you want your spread. If you want to use it for dipping veggies in then make it thin, if you want to use it for spreading on toast wedges, crackers or other bread types then use none or very little milk. Hand mix in parsley, serve.

Kind of busy with the family in town so something this simple would be good, but I am thinking I will cut the garlic to maybe only one big clove since there are little people who will want to eat some.

I do that a lot of the time, some people (dd and I) don't like a lot of garlic. Now dh and ds love lots of garlic so if I make it just for them I'll add it all.
