Ds and I made the wild grape jelly and blueberry jelly yesterday, we also canned it so we can keep it longer. Haven't made the blackberry yet, lol out of sugar, it took 7 cups of sugar for each batch of jelly!

You are making me feel lazy. I do want to make some strawberry jam when the prices come down and taste goes up. As soon as the frosts are over my next project before making any jam is to get some tomatoes growing in pots. Problem is the frost is hanging around. Enjoy your jam.

Hope the frost lets up soon so you can get those tomato plants going. Nothing like a fresh tomato! Haven't tried strawberry yet, somehow missed the strawberry picking time. Will have to watch for it next season!

This morning no frost so that is a start. I am thinking maybe wait another couple of weeks to get those tomato plants. Actually I may wait up to a month and get a few pots lined up in the sun for a tomato feast. Lol last time I tried they just did not want to grow at all.

Sounds like you are going to be busy. At least it will be nice to have it ready to eat in the middle of winter.
