The one with a cookie crumb crust filled with a mix of cream cheese, peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, vanilla and whipped cream? Just wondering in something so simple is really good and would it be better with smooth or crunchy peanut butter since there is a whole cup in there....normally have to ignore anything with nuts in it due to a nut allergy in the family but he won't be here so thinking this might be a good time to give a no bake pie a go while the weather is hot. Unfortunately the park I don't like doing of any pie is the cookie crust. LOL I know I am weird, it is so easy but messy. I usually need more butter too.

They are great to have on hand when you need a last minute dessert! You can add chocolate mousse to them, ice cream/hot fudge/whipped cream. So many quick things to do with them!

Hmmmm you are pushing me to lean in the pie direction. I will decide as soon as I wake up or it won't have time to chill.

Ran out of time to do a pie. The visitors came early. Did a kind of vanilla pudding and fresh strawberries and blueberries. Served with some good vanilla ice cream.

The only place to get the jello pudding and pie filling in this country is through a US food wholesaler. Kind of expensive but I will be including it in an order in a month or so. I like the sound of that butterscotch flavour. Thanks.
