Rare

Medium

Well done

or something in between?

Have you been grilling more now that the weather is warmer? If so what was the last thing you grilled?

If you mean beef, RARE!

We haven't had warmer weather yet. :-( Looks like our storms MAY finally be out of here by the middle of next week. Meteorologist says there's nothing behind this storm we have coming in over the weekend

I generally order medium rare if out. If we are talking really great beef then rare is fine by me.

We grilled last night, marinated pork belly on the bbq. Even in Winter we still bbq, oh and the weather for now has taken a warm turn so I am happy with that, although they are saying mid next week is going to have a really low max temp, so not looking forward to that.

We grill only Spring, summer and fall, usually to much snow to grill in the winter.

I can remember as a little kid, probably around 7 years old, my family had a big get-together and did a big roast on the rotisserie. When my cousin asked how I wanted mine I told him I wanted the very middle slice that was still red. From then on I was teased that "Susanne wanted to be able to stick a fork in her meat and have it moo at her". *lol* I was also the one who got the meat juice left in the bottom of the platter poured over a slice of bread.
