I haven't been to a fair in probably 20 years or more. I don't like crowds.

Actually the only down side I can think of is the crowds. I feel sorry when you sdee little ones sitting in a stroller and all they can see is people's legs.

I think the last time I went was when ds was two! Grammy would take the kids, nice treat for her and them. Now the kids go with friends...I love corn dogs!

Susanne I'm with you on the crowds...Dh wanted to go this year to see a country group sing that we like but decided he'd rather not fight the crowds.

For some strange reason they hold she local show here in May, when it is getting cold. Would be way better a month earlier or in Spring. I do like the fireworks and you can see them from most of the town. DD did take some cute photos last time. I really need to scrapbook them....that is if I can find where I put the photos. Hmmmm. Thinking I might have uploaded them ready to send to store for print, but don't think I ever did that. I need to add this to my ever growing 'to do' list. The rate I am doing things I will probably get to them by the time the show is on again, next year. Lol.

Go on give him a surprise and make him a corn dog. I have to tell you that you don't want to know the cost of those sample bags these days. At the touring live Dora the Explorer show they had a bag and it was $30...ouch. Needless to say we did not buy it.
