I saw this tip on Rachael Ray from one of her viewers and thought "what a great idea".

I saw her making her muffin tin stuffing before, cooks faster also and great portion size! Wow that is great news, selling the big RV. Now you can get yours fixed and not have to worry about where the money will come from!

Muffin tins are really useful. I make small chicken or pork balls and put each in a muffin tin and bake. Keeps a nice shape. Oh and perfect for Mil's perfectly easy dinner rolls recipe too. Love great tips.

Wow good news on the 'sold' now you can get your RV fixed up, and savepaying registration, insurance etc on two! I bet the guys son will be happpy to have his own space too.

Sorry, could not resist. Yesterday I used maths for lots of cooking. I took a lasagna recipe from a major chef that was to serve 6 and due to the size of my pan multiplied it by 2 1/2! Glad I remember something from school. I also kept some of the meat sauce aside to go with GF pasta for a celiac friend. I chilled it last night and now it is going into the freezer for the week. Used a combo of pork and veal and it tastes nice. One dish down and plenty more to go. LOL.

I am not a huge stuffing fan either. Just working out if I will in fact do a whole turkey. If I do I will brine it. Makes such a difference. Hmmm guess I should post the brine down the boatd. Check it out in a bit.

My son slept in mine for quite a while but I got tired of having to get up at 6 a.m. to unlock the door so he could get in to shower & eat before work, so the dog & I moved out there for a couple of years. I had my own private apartment that way.
