About to go get the prawns. Had a slight change of plans today. Now we are entertaining twice. Yikes. There is a religious walk for Stations of the Cross on a hill near us. Takes a couple of hours then friends are coming back here for tea, and hot cross buns, but I am changing that I think to croissants, jam and cream, since we will be having enough buns over the weekend. Now if I can just find where I carefully put away the nice bottle of champagne to go with the OJ I will be in business. As soon as they are out the door I start peeling the 6kg prawns....that part I am not looking forward to. Your salmon burger is sounding good to me. I did not get the butter made or the seafood sauce....bought a pasta salad and looks like I really will need to make a cake...busy day ahead.
