Nice now and then tribute Suzi...Yes hard to think 10 years has past but will never forget that day. Watching Good morning America and seeing the planes hitting the towers. Such an awful day for all!

I am having trouble loading things today and will try tommmorrow! Have been away not because I wanted to but because my husband has had to have an adjustment in his Alzheimer's type medication. I look forward to posting soon.

Hi Donna,

Unfortunately I could not see the video it was not available from this location. I don't get why that happens, and I am on my laptop not iPad.

I do remember talking to you at the time in 2001. I think we were both hit by total disbelief.

Hi Kim,

Sadly it is one of those moments when everyone can remember where they were and what they were doing when they heard the dreadful news. "Dreadful" does not seem an adequate enough description does it.

Hi Hilary,

Oh that must have been so scary for your DH, and you once you found out what happened. I have friends arriving in New York tomorrow and they are hoping it will help to be there to explain to their 10 year old what happened. I also find it impossible to understand how a fellow human being can do things like this to other people just like themselves, no matter what different beliefs they have.Life is precious!
