Hope this link works.  This has to be the easiest way to peel boiled potatoes that I've ever seen, especially if you need to do a lot of them.

That is a pretty cool tip! DH boils russets when he makes homemade gnocchi so this would be helpful. This summer when I make potato salad, I have been steaming peewee or creamer potatoes so that I don't have to bother peeling and cutting. Gotta love shortcuts!

Cool tip thanks susanne. I do get tired of peeling potatoes and seem to be doing it a lot lately.

Hey where did my post go? Weird lol. Told you I love any shortcuts that work.DD made really nice gnocchi last week. I am lazy I buy it lol.
