500g/1lb small shell pasta
1 red capsicum/bell pepper, chopped
1 green capsicum/bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
1 125g/4oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
90g/3oz sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup black kalamata olives
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
Combine the pasta with all but the dressing and cheeses.Toss together and refrigerate until chilled.
Before serving, add dressing and cheese. Toss to mix together well.
