Are you busy with shopping, baking, cooking or wrapping? I no I am, have plenty of last minute things to do but at least my shopping is done! I plan on wrapping some today and hope to get it all done. I want to start baking tomorrow so want to have all the wrapping done.

So how are you all doing with all your holiday things to do?

Nope, I check in a couple of times a day, but just figured everyone else was busy. As for me, shopping is all done, everything's wrapped and under the tree. DH has bought all the stuff for his stew. All I have left is to give the carpet a good vacuuming Saturday and I'm as ready as I'll be.

You 'really' don't want to know. I have given up on the wifi for now so just checking in super fast on the iPad using 3G. Unfortunately I will be hitting the toy stores in the morning it will be insane. A friend got a toy for all the grandkids. Unfortunately she did not read the part that said the pet was sold seperately, so they are useless. I am going to buy them in the morning and add them to her gifts.

Have done zero food shopping and a lot of the stores are closing at midday. I have nearly finished wrapping and have set the dinningroom table, although if the weather is nice we will eat outside. Need to plan 4 big Christmas and birthday meals. Kind of not getting my head around that at the moment. Yikes. Wish me luck.

Oh....vacuuming, I have not even thought that far and family arriving in about 20 hours. I see a long night happening here. Sounds like you are all organised to have a wonderful Christmas. Unfortunately due to little people I can't have anything under the tree yet. Wish I could. You should see one of the bedrooms, resembles Santa's cave.

I bought a gingerbread house this year as I knew I did not have time to make any. Wish I did. I have never thought about lights and cats. DS will have one by next Christmas, should be very interesting. I bet the tree still looks pretty. Next year I will put our big one in front of the window.

I am almost there so to speak. Today dh and I put the tables together in the loungeroom and I had a fit and he went and bought a tressle table for me so things are looking up and everyone will fit comfortably now. I am down nine adults which makes a huge difference to Christmas and also the menu has changed. My dear old Dad .. 87 .. and Mum wanted to help! Yikes! Anyways Christmas is more about them than me so they are coming to spend the night Christmas Eve and then we are having a *baked dinner* for lunch. Easier and quite frankly with Sydney's weather a hot lunch will be ok. Good to see Suzi back! Off to make some Thai green curry prawns and basmati rice for dinner. Hmm, did I say "Cheers!" "CHEERS!"

Cool on the steam cleaner. I have one and after having 60 odd, well not odd but you know what I mean, people here for a party last weekend used it! Sunday is just around the corner .. have a GREAT weekend!

Wishing you good luck for sure Suzi! I made the decision today, whatever the weather, to eat inside. Supposed to be fine and warm but figure eating inside means no flies too and the option of airconditioning. I do think we will have nice weather .. fingers crossed. Now to get the yard mowed and pool ready tomorrow. So much work for one day! Happy Christmas Suzi!
