I was given a cookie recipe that sounds yum! It uses nutella. So the question is do I resist buying a new jar and snacking.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Nutella
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup plain (all purpose) flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350°F). Line a cookie sheet (or two) with parchment paper.

Cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together with an electric mixer. Add the egg, vanilla, and Nutella and mix until well incorporated. Add the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt and mix until combined.

Roll into balls, flatten with a fork, and bake for 7 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on wire rack.

It sounds good doesn't it. It only uses 1/2 cup nutella so there would be heaps left over for snacking....smile!

LOL Suzi they do sound good! I'd buy a small jar and double the recipe so there isn't to much left to snack on!

Hey I often talk to myself! Lol. Sounds like I should be buying cruskits, I don't, I buy the super thin kavli crisp breads. How about I eat that nutella for you? Not a great sacrifice on my part!...smile!
