I often get cut while chopping and I am not super fast at it, wish I was. I can flip things using a pan mind you things can land kind of round the pan on occasions. Lol. As to throwing up and spinning pizza dough I will leave that to the experts. I don't fancy scraping dough off the ceiling. Yuk. Just found the same thing as you would not stream the video here. Strange.

Weather is strange here, still foggy heading for lunchtime and had showers. Not great for going to a kids outdoor ride a pony party in a paddock. Yikes I need to find some shoes that will stand up to the mud and get going. Wish me luck not to slip over in the mud.

Reading your reply Suzi, our skill levels sound about the same .. just the chopping and flipping.

No roaring talent here! Can't toss pizza, can't flip an omelette, can't even chop leaving the tip of the knife on the cutting board..wah...not good at spreading out crepes...etc, etc, etc...I am definately built for comfort, not speed!

Well I did not slip over, thankfully. I was just leaving and the sun came out, so ran back to change a coat for a jacket, good move. It was fun watching the little kids sitting on the pony. Although drinking pink champagne standing out in the sun for a few hours may not have been the best thing at lunchtime...smile.

You never know when next season comes your son might decide to play again. It is easy to say 'never' at the end of the season but way harder at the start of a brand new season. Good luck for the grand final, that would be fun.

The chilli prawns sounds good to me what brand was it? As it warms up more will be throwing more prawns on the barbie. We did have seafood this week but I just did a mornay and wrapped in filo pastry then baked. I did one twist, instead of tartare sauce I topped with a spoon of piri piri mayonnaise. It was a nice change.

Blush....I left the tip of the knife on the board so hard that I bent it! Not good....but I did some fast chopping that day...must have been in a bad mood. Lol. Having a proper crepe pan does make getting them thin a lot easier. DD swapped to an induction hotplate (BAD MOVE) so I inherited her pan and it is great.

I think it would be so cool to be able to flip an omelette!

I think the kids wore the pony out. Luckily he did not knock over the ice buckets for the champagne as they were set up really close to the hay bales.

Darn it...that posted before I was finished. Will keep an eye out for the sauce don't think I have seen that brand. I have been shopping at franklins to save money, not sure if they stock it. Will have to look. Thanks, might buy some sour cream to cut the heat.
