That is what I want to know. I had 4 lots last year and rolled them up very carefully so they would be easy to use this year BUT they are gone!!!!!!!

Anyone seen them?:smileysurprised:

Don't ya just hate when that happens? Hope you can find them soon. All my Christmas stuff is in two Rubbermaid bins in the front closet so everything should be together.

I have ornaments in several big plastic bins and boxes of individual holsters. Last night I found out that the big bins are opened way too easily by a two year old. Luckily nothing got broken. I did find the lights eventually in separate plastic bags. Two strands of coloured and two plain. One was new problem is they are a really bright kind of bluish clear light, and only made it 2/3 way up the tree.

I might do that too when I need to replace this one. There were lots of needles dropping and in fact to fit the angel(a very heavy hand made one I stitched years ago) on top without touching the ceiling I had to bend down the top branch, kind of in half. Lights are so pretty but a real pain. The fiber optic trees look so nice and none of that work. Actually thinking about it, I don't think I have seen that many of them around in the stores this year. Everything seems to be white.

Haven't seen them lol! Every year we're a set short and I never remember to buy them. Went to 3 stores Sunday with ds and can't find the kind we use. Guess we'll be a set short again this year!

I will be checking the stores today but yesterday they seemed to be sold out. Guess everyone is getting their trees up early.

Yes, ds wants to put ours up this weekend. Not sure yet if we will, don't want it drying out and having all the needles fall off from the woodstove.

Not haven't had to much, mostly in the morning to take the chill out and then I let it go out. Might be lighting it and running it all day starting in the morning, calling for a bit of snow in the morning and chilly temps for the next few days.

Hope it is not too much snow. Here still weird, some rain, clouds, lots of wind and dust and no heat. Hard to keep the pool balanced waiting for the weather to improve to use it again. Mind you nice to sleep at night. Just does not seem like Christmas weather.
