Tis the Season for Blackberries!

First off, I have to say that I HATE blackberry vines.  They are all over where I live, and are such a nuisance when they encroach on my flower beds.  I do like it when they are in harvest though ;)

I generally make blackberry cobbler, I've never had much luck with making a pie.  There is so much juice that I've never found a good recipe that makes it come out where it's not pie soup.

Does anyone have any good blackberry recipes they would like to share?

I don't have any favorites here, as we can't grow blackberries up in my area.  I have scads of raspberries though.  And blueberries.   How about some recipes for all different kinds of berries?
Hugs........

What I do is make a filling with them and then add it to my pie crust.. if I use frozen one I add more flour to it.. I don't usually measure my things I do it by texture.. start with the berries add some flour 3 Tbsp mix this then heat on stove when it starts to thicken add some lemon juice , salt and add sugar this will make it delicious taste ... I make it like can berry pie filling then I cool it down and add it to the crust I have and bake 350 for 45 mins I add another crust on top or lattice it.. but a crumb can be used also.. I love berry pie I sometimes mix them up * My last one was for thanksgiving blueberries and elderberry pie which was a delicious treat with vanilla ice cream..
