1st Slow Cooker Attempt: Chicken Stock!

I got a slow cooker for Christmas from my uncle and broke it out this weekend for the first time - I'm making chicken stock!

Ooooh I've never made stock from scratch because the recipes always scared me off. Sounds like you're on the right track if its smelling good though!
