CP No-Fuss Potato Soup

CP No-Fuss Potato Soup

6 diced and peeled potatoes
5 c. water
2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. butter or margarine
4 t. chicken bouillon granules
2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
12-oz. can evaporated milk
3 T. chopped fresh parsley
8 oz. shredded Colby or cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except milk, parsley, and cheese into slow cooker.
