Interesting.

I recently ruined a chicken dinner because I didn't take the fat off the chicken. DH ate it, but it disgusted me!

I'm interested to learn more about roasting vegetables in the crockpot and am going to check it out today.

Blech! I did the same thing a few months ago with some chicken thighs. The recipe didn't say anything about removing the skin so I left it on. It really grossed me out as well. Live and learn I guess!
