Baked Wings
18 butter crackers, finely crushed (about 3/4 cup)
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
2lb. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
1/3 cup dijon mustard
Heat oven to 350°. Mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings in shallow dish. Coat chicken with mustard, then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown, turning after 20 minutes.
