I haven't tried making these yet, but they sound great, and I love that you can make them ahead and have them ready to serve in the freezer - no blender required!

Frozen Chambord Margaritas

32 ounces water
1-12 oz can frozen lime concentrate (like limeade)
1 1/2 TBS lime juice
12 ounces good Tequila
6 ounces Triple Sec
6-8 ounces Chambord

In a large pot or bowl, mix all ingredients, whisk together until completely combined. Give it a taste and adjust to your liking.

This will make enough to fill 24 - 8 oz Mason jars. Fill just shy of the top, place the lid on and store in your freezer until ready to serve. Give it a stir with spoon, add a half a straw and enjoy!

OR – mix and store in plastic storage bowl, scoop and serve as needed.

Got this recipe from a blog I am following - Souffle Bombay:

Okay - I have modified this - I am just not a huge tequilla fan, so I replaced the tequilla with vodka and the limeade with frozen Raspberry Lemonade Concentrate. I like it even better with vodka, although the original recipe was pretty dang tasty, too. You can't really mess with the alcohol to water ratio, or even reduce the hard stuff and balance with the Triple Sec and Chambord - it throws of the freezing point and makes it freeze too hard.

Frozen Chambord Margaritas (Raspberry Vodka Slush)

32 ounces water
1-12 oz can frozen lime concentrate (or raspberry lemonade concentrate)
1 1/2 TBS lime juice (or lemon)
12 ounces good Tequila (or Vodka)
6 ounces Triple Sec
6-8 ounces Chambord

In a large pot or bowl, mix all ingredients, whisk together until completely combined. Give it a taste and adjust to your liking.

This will make enough to fill 24 - 8 oz Mason jars. Fill just shy of the top, place the lid on and store in your freezer until ready to serve. Give it a stir with spoon, add a half a straw and enjoy!
