I might have posted this before, but this is a rather standard Swedish dinner with sausage. It is serve with rice or pasta and sometimes with peas. This serves 4 people.
400 gram of frankfurters, weiners, hot dogs or cocktail.
1 yellow onion
3 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoon of flour.
1 teaspon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
Salt, pepper
Slice the sausage into "coins", finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in pan, add the sausage and onion to the pan and fry until browned. In a bowl whisk milk, tomtato paste, soy and flour, make sure it lumpfree. Pour over the sausage and stir. Simmer for 5 min and taste, season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice or pasta.
That does sound easy enough. And good. I may try it.
It is such a common dinner here due to a sausage called Falukorv. I just love it.
