These were yummy and the only thing I've made in a long time that was actually eaten by every member of my family! I was impressed by how much they crisped up in the oven. And they were super easy to make.

These were tasty! Only problem was that I should have used a couple more chicken breasts - I didn't weigh, and should have, because there wasn't enough chicken, and I had quite a bit of the bread crumb mixture left over. I will use at least three chicken breasts next time, if not four. It will be easy enough to mix up more of the bread crumbs if I need to.

oh dear...I just reread the recipe and kind of feel like a jacka$$. LOL I thought is was in the recipe, not sprayed on the pan. Must be that "2:30" feeling. LOL

Actually you spray it on the pan, AND over the nuggets before putting them in the oven. I think canola spray, or just plain veg oil spray would work ok.

Made these last night. I had canola spray and used that on the pan and on the nuggets.
Good reviews from all. I did only have the Italian seasoning so next time I do want to make it with Italian and panko.

This is weird - where did this recipe go?  It was there once, because I made it and commented on it!  Was it linked, and the new board host killed the link?

I couldn't even find it using the search feature - had to manually scan through the folder.

SIgh.
