We are starting a Biggest Loser competition at work today.  We are computing by percentage of weight lost.  7 people are getting in on it and there is $140 for the winner.  We are doing this through April 1st.  I have to admit it's a little intimidating.  I've never tried to lose or really even manage my weight before.  Truth be told, I used to smoke.  I quit several years ago.  And when they say you gain weight when you quit, they aren't kidding.  I gained more from quitting then I did with either of my pregnancies!  I'm looking to lose between 10 and 20 pounds.  I know diet and exercise are important, which I need to be better about.  Planning will be the key.  Any and all help, advise, and tips are greatly appreciated.  Any WW recipes are also appreciated.  I will search here, pinterest, and the internet for WW and healthy recipes to "fool" my family into eating.  :)

Dr Phil said the other day that will power has nothing to do with it.  It's all about programming yourself to do it.

No....no, no...I'm not doing it.  Never one to believe in the diet crazes.  I was thinking the other day about how much you heard about advocare last year and I haven't heard anything about it recently.  Just another diet fad to me.  I'll keep watching what I eat and exercising.  That $180 has me focused!  lol
