I make chocolate fudge, mom makes peanut butter; peanut butter cookies, sugar cookies, snicker doodles. No bake cookies and some of the hay stacks.

I don't make cookies very often, but we did do some brownie crinkles, I think they were called a couple of years ago that were easy & delicious -- it used cake or brownie mix. I usually do fudge & a cinnamon nut brittle, as well as cheese balls for gifts. My favorite rolled cookie recipe is a cream cheese one with almond extract -- yummy! Elijah signed up to bring cookies for one of his school parties on Friday. I might make magic bars for that.

I can't believe you've never had a No Bake Cookie, Guss.....

The ones you cook on the stovetop with oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate, butter then you drop by spoonful on wax paper

Not a cookie, but I usually always make Fantasy Fudge (recipe used to be on the label of the Kraft Marshmallow Cream jars) for my husband... he loves this fudge!

I am not much of a baker....

Peanut allergy kid (and my supporting notion that peanut butter is not a dessert food) leaves most of those recipes out for me.
