Couscous?

Anyone have any experience making it?   I have had it twice, both in restaurants, but I have never made it at home.   I got a recipe for fish and couscous (posted below) and I got a box so I can make it.   My choices at Trader Joe's were whole grain couscous or Israeli couscous.   The Israeli kind looked like small hail stones so I went with the whole grain kind.

Any advice?

Couscous is just a tiny pasta.  It is easy to make and kid friendly.

But if your recipe for fish with israeli couscous is the same one I tried last week, it was disappointing.

I like both kinds but usually get the Trader Joe's Whole Wheat.  It is very simple to make and it is a nice change once in a while.

Glad I went with the whole wheat one then.   We'll see how it goes tomorrow.   I am lucky I have kids willing to try anything.   They saw the box, asked about it, and were like "okay."

I am guessing you will all like it. Are you trying the fish recipe I sent you?

Couscous a hit.   Fish recipe you sent me, Sandy, a hit.   We had a very good, low-fat supper.  Review of recipe posted with the recipe.

I love couscous salad, either with dried fruit or with fresh vegs.
