Anyone have any experience making it? I have had it twice, both in restaurants, but I have never made it at home. I got a recipe for fish and couscous (posted below) and I got a box so I can make it. My choices at Trader Joe's were whole grain couscous or Israeli couscous. The Israeli kind looked like small hail stones so I went with the whole grain kind.
