Daisy is on her way to Texas, but she asked me to post her QOTD for her.
If you are going through a buffet or potluck line, do you clean out the food that is already in the spoon/scoop, or just use the serving spoon as is?

I have to knock out the food ghat is already in the serving spoon/scoop then get a new spoonful for my plate.
No Daisy not a dud. Just been very, very quite around here.
Any way I would knock it off also. If I really had my choice I would ask for a new serving spoon. I do not do well with buffets.
I seldom go to buffets and I have never had that problem the few times I gone, I guess I never eat sticky food.
What bothers me more than the leftover food on the spoon or whatever is the number of grimy hands that touched the handle of the spoon or whatever before I did. Also how many snotty nose, sneezing kids where in the line before me. I am not good with buffets. Can you tell - rofl!!!!!
OK never thought of that Sandy- and I LIKE buffets !
Guess it isn't any worse then door handles, shopping carts, gas nozzles, that tube that holds your money when you go to the bank, the ATM buttons ..no getting around somethings..
I knock as much off as I can and stir, stir stir..
All true Renee but it's the fact it is around food that I am about to eat that gets me.
