Karen, There's a whole gluten-free section at our grocery store. It's in the natural foods section. I know they have gluten free english muffins and bagels, so maybe she could use those to make a pizza with? I believe the Amy's brand also makes a frozen gluten-free pizza.

We also have some gluten-free dessert recipes here~

Good luck! I know, having friends who are gluten-free, that DD's friend and her family will be very happy that you thought of her needs.

Oh heck, I didn't even think of that..... I wonder why they would advertise it that way? Well, maybe they were advertising Corn Chex only... sorry!

You can give her the option to make mini pizzas on a slice of eggplant or zucchini. Ethan used to eat pizzas that way when he was little.

Tasty Kitchen has a ton of gluten-free recipes. The site is one of my go-tos when I am looking for any kind of recipe, but they have 51 pages of specifically gluten-free recipes.

Check it out: http://tastykitchen.com/recipes/category/special-dietary-needs/gluten-free/

And look, 4 gluten-free pizza crust recipes: http://tastykitchen.com/recipes/?s=gluten+free+pizza+crust&submit=+&search_for=Recipes

Hope that helps!

Check out this website: www.skinnytaste.com

She uses only whole ingredients and always includes gluten free substitutions. Don't let the name fool you. The recipes include weight watchers points, but are just good healthy recipes that everyone can eat. My husband loves her buffalo chicken dip - that might be a good option with rice crackers, carrots and celery for dipping. She has a whole host of appetizer recipes on there though!
