I'm still using up stuff from the freezer/pantry. Once I actually make a menu for supper/grocery list, I will be able to fill out a weekly menu better.
Sunday: fish cakes with rice pilaf Monday: pasta with red sauce Tuesday: chicken with smashed potatoes and greek salad Wednesday: sweet & sour meatballs on rice Thursday: pasta Friday: chicken fapitas Saturday: roast duck with roasted potatoes and a veggie
Took me fifteen minutes yesterday to balance what I had in the rotation with what I wanted to use up.
Saturday - We finally had the Chicken Nuggets and homemade fries from last week
Sunday - homemade pizza and football snacks
Monday - Sloppy Joes, Macaroni Salad, baked beans and carrots
Tuesday - Leftovers
Wednesday - Orange Chicken, brown rice, broccoli
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Spaghetti

No, not yet. I'll have to raid the cupboards and freezer and see what all I can come up with for the week!
I have been ribbed my my youngest for posting my weekly menu plan on the dry-erase board on the fridge.
HOWEVER
I have nothing on it past today.
Starting from yesterday:
