What's Cooking Tonight?
I laid out butterfly pork chops.
Grilled top sirloin. We pulled it from the freezer on Saturday, intending to have it Sunday, but both Erick and I were not feeling all that great, so we went with breakfast for dinner before heading out to rehearsal. Steel-cut oatmeal and Erick's buttermilk biscuit/scones.
Im not sure. I leave work and go get my hair trimmed and then to the doctor. After the doctor, I am going to stop at the grocery store and do my weekly shopping. So I will pick up something that appeals to me LOL Not sure what that would be though.
Not sure.. I didnt defrost anything because I didnt know how long DH would be at the hospital or how hes gouing to feel later on... I pigged out on poutine for lunch, and Im eating chips and dip now lol. probably a sandwich or something....
We had to go to Home Depot so we stopped at Outback Steak House.
I ended up making tortillini with cheese and garlic bread. One of the boy's favorites :)
