What's cooking tonight?

It's just the girl and me.   I am going to cook boneless/skinless chicken breasts in lemon-pepper seasoning.   We'll have that with Crash Hot Potatoes and salads.   DD is a huge salad eater.   She'll put raw broccoli, bell pepper, raw cauliflower, and celery on top, that's in addition to the stuff that comes in the bag as I use the bagged salads all the time.

Sorry you are so sick, Gaye! I hope you get better fast. We had Koegel Vienna's with veggies & dip (and some potato chips too). I am not doing a mess of cooking this week ... with 2 extra people to feed and Thanksgiving coming up, we're just doing easy stuff til then.

Chicken soup.  I'm sick.  Haven't had a cold this bad for several years.

Hamburgers, and some sweet potato!  and salad of course. I bought the sweet potato slices on sale, and with a coupon of course lol. Im trying be more adventurous when it comes to veggies...  not a huge sweet potato fan, but they are yummy!

Not sure but I will dig something out of the freezer to make when I get home from work.

We had blsl chicken breasts with salad last night.
