What's cooking tonight?

I have boneless/skinless chicken breasts laid out from Saturday.   I was set to cook them then and Jeff called, he had his kids and he was offering to take all 6 of us out for supper.   We went.

So tonight is the chicken.   I have them in a zip-lock bag with Caribbean Jerk marinade on them.  We'll have that with brown rice and broccoli.

Pork chops, with salad, and will make some rice of noodles or something for DH.... I might have some sweet potato...

I put a pork roast in the crockpot. I'm thinking rice, green beans, and applesauce.

I'm not sure... I have to put something together with what I've got on hand. But, I do have a lasagna in the freezer I could cook... I might do that. But, then I'll have to try to throw something together tomorrow... lol.
