What's cooking tonight?

I just have DD tonight.   She has softball at 6:30 and her brother has a baseball batting lesson at 7:00.   He'll eat with his dad before that.   She and I will do bl/sl chicken breasts in some sort of marinade.   I have Caribbean Jerk, Mesquite Lime, and Lemon Pepper.   I have got to get my grill gas tank refilled so I can grill them instead of cooking them in a skillet.

For sides I am thinking wild rice and salads.

we had leftover veggie soup with some crusty bread.

I had salad with tuna in it, and some sweet potato... DH had leftover taco meat and rice... with some salad...

How do I cook flank steak? I pull it out of the freezer the day before, then remind Erick to do his thing! He gives it a quick marinade and grills it. It is really a quick dinner, as long as we remember to get it out of the freezer.

I made chili yesterday and today I will bake some potatoes and have them with the leftover chili.... maybe some green beans to go with it.

Cara how do you cook your flank steak?

I have blsl chicken breasts in the freezer I am planning on taking out and making something with them.

Flank steak, spinach salad. Rice or pasta side.....
