What's cooking tonight?
I laid out a roast. I'm going to cook it in the Dutch oven this afternoon and then make gravy to go with it. We'll do some sort of potatoes too and likely green beans. I also have salad stuff.

Wow... those are some pretty "porcupiney" meatballs.... I've never had mine look like that! LOL My rice just conforms to the roundness of the meatball... never sticks up like that...
Not sure what's for supper tonight.... we might be watching the grandbabies since Nick is off work tonight, they may go out on a date. But, I will probably just see what I can whip up with what I've got in the pantry & freezer.
Rice in the meatballs....sounds like something Ray would like.

We had chili I pulled from the freezer it was pretty darn good!
