What’s cooking tonight?
I have a whole chicken laid out. I haven’t made a roasted chicken in a while. I am planning on inverting it on a Bundt pan and roasting it with some beer poured in the pan. I’ll pull the skin off and season it with seasoned salt and some white pepper (never liked black pepper).
Sides, I am thinking the carrot, broccoli, cauliflower blend I have been pan sautéing with garlic. I need to use the broccoli and cauliflower before they get gross. I also have some wild rice to make as well.
