Actually Tracy it is a new Zumba routine I am working on.  Had not thought about using the pole but that might not be a bad idea!  It does burn a lot of calories!

Having cheated and Googled, it seems like something I SHOULD have known, but I had never heard it before. Somehow my undergrad music courses didn't cover it.

Oh, Sandy's right... it DOES sound like something in a Zumba routine.... especially since Zumba is latin, right?

LOL!  Yup, been there, done that but  I was only peasent woman  nr 4 and dancing  woman nr 6
