I see where today is National Eat What You Want Day.  Is there something you love, but usually avoid because it's just too fattening? 

I have many, many foods like this.  The ones coming to mind right now are Cheetos and Long John Silvers.   I may eat both of those once a year.   I adore them both, but with the Cheetos I have no shut off valve.   I keep eating and eating.   Then the whole bag is gone.   On the Long Johns, I feel like I weigh 500 pounds after I finish.   Tastes great going in, and I feel terrible after so I avoid it.

Oh boy... I love today already!!!  LOL

Ice cream.... i hardly ever eat it.  Yeah, it tastes good going in but I always feel like crap after I eat it.  Like you, Tracy, I may eat it once or twice a year and that is it.

Guess I was just early!. Between girls weekend and teacher appreciation week, it has been a train wreck.  Cheetos are bad for me, too, Tracy. Just can't stop once I start.

I won't touch non-diet soda unless I am hypoglycemic and I don't have anything else. I like it, it is just too much sugar.

French fries.  As a matter of fact, anything fried. 

I love french fries, but whenever I eat fast food, I buy an upgraded sandwich and skip the fries.
