I heard on the radio this morning that the newest item on the black market is.........
Can you believe it? Stealing these bright orange bottles and then selling it in the parking lot?
People are calling in to the radio personnel saying that they do not use ANYTHING but Tide... and both of the dj's only use Tide. I am not so particular about my detergent as I am about my fabric softener.... now, if they start selling my Downey with the pink cap on the black market, I just might do it... lol.

Doesn't surprise me...I think Tide is expensive. I use whatever is on sale. Luckily we don't have any allergies to detergents. I do try and use original Era for my bed sheets. I love the smell of that stuff. I think right now I have Arm and Hammer because it was on sale and I had coupons.
OMG! I did notice yesterday at the grocery store how high laundry detergent has gotten. I got Gain because it was the cheapest. I do like Tide but only if it's on sale and I have a coupon. Susan, I will have to try Era. I'm always looking for different scents on my clothes.
Do you ladies open the lids and smell them before you buy them?? I do all the time.

Also if you have a Meijer and you joined MPerks they have $1.50 off till Jan 26. Also if you get the Sunday paper last week or the week before they had a coupon for $1.50 off. So yeah $3 off I wold buy it..
I make my own laundry detergent. I know it's not for everyone, but it works fine for us. I just made a batch yesterday, and it will last us at least three months (and the cost is probably less than $2 per batch).
