Not seeing responses/fixes to the boards

Good morning!
I wanted to let you know that we are very sorry you're still unable to see responses. (Have you tried FF? Some people have had success with that.) Our tech department is working fast and furiously to get some of these bigger issues fixed first, then we'll work on down the list. We appreciate your patience, and we know it's frustrating.

I think I have a fix for this!
Click on "Edit my Preferences" in the list to the right of the posts. Then click the "General" tab. You have an option there to sort posts by time; check that box and click "Save" below, in the red box. That should do it! If it doesn't, try it in another browser, if possible, and let me know?
Do I need to set something up in preferences to make sure the most recent post is at the top? When I hit "sort by latest post" it revealed posts all the way back to 2003...
I can see how long ago someone posted but I don't like seeing 4 hours ago as the top post and the 8 minutes ago as the 4th post down... I hope you know what I'm meaning, it's not easy to explain.. lol
