I have a pasta salad question.
When I do a vinegar and oil based pasta salad I add cheese cubes, broccoli, carrots, and red and green bell pepper strips.
When I do pasta salad, I throw in whatever sounds good & I have on hand at the time -- pepperoni or salami, mozzarella or provolone, roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, red or green onions, black olives, pepperoncini, mushrooms...whatever...
My sister makes a good one. She uses corkscrew pasta, cheese cubes, olives, red onions, cucumber, & tomato. The broccoli sounds good too. I think pretty much any vegetable you add would work.
Yum, now I want some!
