Okay, I give.   I am doing it.   I miss PPWM too much.

I want to babble.   I think you all want to babble.  So let’s babble here and then go back to PPWM when they finally get us fixed.   I know, it’s discouraging now, but I am too optimistic for my own good.   I do think iVillage will get this mess fixed.   One day.

For those not on FB, Shelly is monitoring Waylon, debating on a trip to Pitt.   He ran a fever all day yesterday and most of the night.   At her last check in, he’s down to 99.   She’s calling the coordinator this morning.

I had my work party last night.   I took a platter of Jalapeno Cheese Grits.   I have never had 6 people ask me for a recipe before.   I heard they were, “on point” and “ready.”  I love it when I bring the most popular dish.   There wasn’t a scrap left.

Off to get dressed for work.   As of 3:00 today I am done until January 2nd.   And then I can start counting down for my spring break beach trip.

I don't know if it's been unusually cold or not, but its fluctuating quite a bit.  51* today and highs in the 30's tomorrow.  So it probably seems super cold to him.

Sandy, Roo Ben was an owner surrender, and his real name is Ruben.  But DFW Pug Rescue already had a dog cataloged under that name so they changed it for their records.  He is a nice dog, but not much of a clown.  My Jabaar is funnier.

I can't wait for the twins confirmation on Thursday, Mel. Have you told DH that the baby whisperer here told you that you all are having two?

I got my fridge totally cleaned out yesterday. It looks so good now.

I so did not want to get up this morning. Dragging. The wind was howling all night, rattling windows. I kept waking up and thinking about Missy's window blowing out. I was all like, "did breaking glass wake me up?" Not very restful. I got back on my work-out routine though, despite one part of my brain trying really hard to talk me out of it. I got on up at 4:30, moved very slowly, and got going by 5:00.

Long day today. I am doing presentations about lockdowns and active shooters to the faculty of all the schools I cover. That makes a lot of late days. I am going to my kid's elementary today after school. DD has softball practice from 4:30-8:00 tonight. Some of that is drive time as they are going to a larger indoor facility. DS has a make-up basketball game tonight at 7:45. So I have that at 7:45 and have to pick up DD at 8:00. Great. I'll figure it out.

DS should get his new baseball team tonight. Then that team will be practicing too. Come on spring. I am getting very restless waiting for you.

Morning Ladies -

Tracy we had high winds Saturday night, all day Sunday and most of the day yesterday.  When I was out on Sunday I could hardly push the grocery cart through the parking lot to my car it was so bad.  I hate wind to begin with and high winds just plain scare me!  Tracy how did your DD's pictures come out?  Get to see them yet?  You know I was thinking how nice it will be to have her write up for the honor include her appointment to the High School team!  Now that is a high achievement if ever I heard of one.!

Oh and as far as the "twins" go I was just agreeing with - I believe it is Mel's Dad's wife - who said she had two dreams Mel was having twins!  Don't go blaming me for this one - rofl!  Mel I have been meaning to ask you if there are twins on either your or Paul's side of the family?

Lost my whole post.   Again.   This is attempt #4 to post.   I have trained myself to copy everything before I post.   I always, 100% of the time, get “website cannot be found” when I first post.   It usually lets me hit the back arrow and then paste in what I originally wrote.   Not this time.   The paste option was grayed out.   So I pasted here in Word.   And I went to post again.   “Error on page.”   So I hit the back arrow and tried again.   “Website cannot be found.”   If this pastes, it make it on my 4th attempt.

Good morning. I'm not dragging as bad as I was yesterday morning, but I'd still rather go back to bed.

I missed DS's basketball game last night because I had to pick up DD from softball practice and then get her fed. She left for school at 7:45 yesterday morning and got picked up at 8:00 last night. She was tired and hungry. As luck would have it, DS had a great game and his struggling team beat a really good team. Boo for me missing it. But if I had sent my parents to get DD, she would have been away from home for 13 hours instead of 12, and would just be setting up to do homework at 8:45 when I showed up to get her to go home. I had to miss it.

DS got his new baseball team yesterday. He got a good placement, a couple of his friends are on the same team. He starts baseball practice this Saturday. Glad he has Under Armor Coldgear. It'll be cold on that field. I can't wait. Not for the cold, but for the ball season to start.

Shelly, you have to be really enjoying having so much time with P. If I can ask, is he back for good or just there while he is sick? Sounds like you all are having fun. You have complained before about never going anywhere together or having a "date" with him. And I am seeing time and dates. Yay! I hope his behavior stays on the good side of the report card. I like seeing you happy.

Mel, I am really excited about your appointment tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great Wednesday.

I tried 4 or 5 times to come and post yesterday morning, but P and I had to be out the door by 8:00 and we didn't get home until just about time for the bus. And I was busy with the boys.

We went out and did some shopping.  I got 3 more boxes of flooring and the underlayment, a new rug for the kitchen, a steam cleaner, 2 matress pads for the boys beds, 2 new sets of sheets for my bed, and a new big pot LOL Plus we went grocery shopping and stocked up.  It was a good day out, other then P getting sick on the way home. Yes, he is still throwing up!!! He has an appointment at 10:30 today, I am hoping that they can figure something out. I am so worried about him. He looks gaunt, lost weight, and just has no energy at all.

The rest of us are doing pretty good. The boys haven't been sick, just not wanting to go to school LOL

Mel ~ I can NOT WAIT to hear the results of the ultra sound!!!!!!!

Gaye ~ I'm glad that your girl is doing well!!!

I need to go switch laundry and do up my dishes before I head out.

Shelly - I'm glad P is going to the doctor.  Going on 3 weeks is far too long to be throwing up.  I wouldn't be shocked if they wanted to do some IV fluids.  He has got to be dehydrated!

Sandy - The weight loss is until Apr 1.  I've been floating around in the middle the entire time.  There are 9 of us doing it.

Nothing exciting here to report.  I'm only working 4 days this week.  DH and I are taking Friday off for our anniversary.  IT. CAN'T. COME. SOON. ENOUGH.  lol
