Okay, I give. I am doing it. I miss PPWM too much.
I want to babble. I think you all want to babble. So let’s babble here and then go back to PPWM when they finally get us fixed. I know, it’s discouraging now, but I am too optimistic for my own good. I do think iVillage will get this mess fixed. One day.
For those not on FB, Shelly is monitoring Waylon, debating on a trip to Pitt. He ran a fever all day yesterday and most of the night. At her last check in, he’s down to 99. She’s calling the coordinator this morning.
I had my work party last night. I took a platter of Jalapeno Cheese Grits. I have never had 6 people ask me for a recipe before. I heard they were, “on point” and “ready.” I love it when I bring the most popular dish. There wasn’t a scrap left.
Off to get dressed for work. As of 3:00 today I am done until January 2nd. And then I can start counting down for my spring break beach trip.

Yard sale was a rainy, wash out day but they still came out. Never have seen so many at a yard sale at once. We made $704. I call that a success!

Yes the girls had fun Sandy- and Kynsie got to go to a tea party on Sat. with her American girl doll. I have to admit Molly spoils her but she has some pretty awesome memories..

Good gravey!!!!!!!!!!!!! I posted this morning, like 8 hours ago, I come back and it isn't here. Came back again and it was there. . . went to reply to it, and it says "the post you are trying to reply to does not exist" WHAT?!?!?! I just read it. Then it took me back to page 1 of the Babble thread, when I went to the lastpage, my orriginal post is gone!
And yes I know "we are aware of the problems and are working on them" BLAH BLAH BLAH it is a whole loaf of BOLOGNA!!! iVillage really doesn't care that they are loosing regular members over a change that was supposed to go "unnoticed"!! Ugggggg

Any one else having problems with seasonal allergies? I am just suffering something this year something awful!
I hear you on the short weekend Tracy. Working on Saturday and running around trying to get stuff done yesterday tuckered me out too. I didn't get as much done as I wanted but got somethings done. Laundry is done except for a huge pile of ironing I need to tackle when I get home tonight. I let it go and now it is beyond pretty.
Renee I forgot to say your two little ones are so cute! I am sure I don't have to ask if they had a good time or not.
Daisy when is the wedding in Texas? Pretty soon right.
Shelly, did anyone else get burned? Your face sounds awful. Amd painful for sure. Being really pale like I am, I have burned like that before, but it's been a long time. Sunburn is miserable.
My alarm went off at 4:20 this morning and I felt like I had hit the wall of exhaustion. I turned it off and turned on a later alarm. And then I laid there with my mind spinning with guilt for not getting out of bed to workout. So 20 minutes later I got on out of bed and worked out. I'm running a little late for my indecision, but I made it.
I got it all done yesterday. I feel like I had absolutely zero weekend, no sitting and doing nothing at all, but I did it all. Yesterday I got the grocery run done, bought the plants for my garden, got the garden bed weeded out again and the soil turned, all the plants in the ground, the softball run done, saw the bulk of DS's baseball game, finished the laundry, got it all folded and put up, cooked supper and cleaned the kitchen. And I was sound asleep by 9:45. I need another weekend.
This week brings 3 softball games and 1 baseball game. And on Friday, I have nothing. Nothing at all. I cannot wait.
Am I healing? I guess so, but it sure doesn't feel like it to me. Soo painful!!! I took a shower this morning and the water hit it and knocked most of the white scabs off, so now it is just regular scabs, And HURTS! I keep my antibiotic cream on it and Aloe, but it just isn't healing up fast enough for me. The inside of my bottom lip is a light shade of purple. YUCK
P left for work today. :( Just over in Ohio, but luickily it is only 5 days a week, instead of 6! So he will be home Friday evening.
