No! I don't get a lot of things there, but I will be sure and look for it next time I go!

It is white and sort of a sweet tangy flavor.

We got a Trader Joe's about a year ago.   I still have yet to go there.   I need to do that.   I'm not even sure what a white balsamic would entail, but it sounds wonderful to me.

I'm not a huge fan of olive oil, does it taste close to it?

I'm not a huge basil fan - I do like the citrus infused olive oils - we have Blood Orange, Meyer Lemon right now. I think we have some Pomegranate, too, but that is not my favorite. I really like the white balsamic we get from Figone's for salads. As far as regular balsamic, I generally like the Kirkland brand from Costco best - we have had all kinds of fancy ones, but I like the flavor of the Costco one better.

Cara topped with a basil infused olive oil and a nice aged balsamic vinegar?

When Jeff and I were in the mountains I ordered vinegar and oil dressing for my salad.   I got a cruet of olive oil and 3 cruets of vinegars to choose from.   I have seen that done before but never had to self mix.   I guess I did well since I have emulated it at home a few times since.   I'll pre-mix next time and see if I can tell a difference.

Like Sandy, I use a 1 to 2 ratio of olive oil to vinegar. Usually just pour it into a little storage bowl, put the lid on and shake. I love fresh mozarella perlini on my salads, and some sunflower seeds or nuts of some kind. Need that crunch!

I use this one. I mix it with oil, vinegar, water and the packet. They have a garlic one I add apple cider vinegar to. It's yummy!
