Have you ever used a food as a beauty product?
I haven't, but Natalie had a party a few years back and invited a few friends to her "spa party". My sister and I found a natural face rub and we used cucumbers for them also. I believe she was 8ish, so we had different stations. 2 would recline on the love seat with their facial scrub and cucumbers, 2 would have hand cream and get their nails done, and 2 got their hair done. It was fun and the girls had a blast!
I have used olive oil in my hair many times. My hair dresser sold my argon oil last year and that lasts forever. It was really expensive though so I'll probably go back to olive oil when it's gone.
When I was a teenager a friend and I used to whip up egg whites and put them on our faces as a mask. I haven't done that in years. I bet DD would enjoy it.
I have heard of putting mayonnaise in your hair but never tried it.
No, I haven't
Sugar scrubs, parsely mash for bug bites and honey for burnmarks..
How much did you use, Daisy? I barely pour enough to cover the dip in the palm of my hand. It's not a Tablespoon. And you know how long and thick my hair is. A little goes a very long way. I did the olive oil thing in my hair yesterday morning and again this morning. It adds a little moisture, which my hair desperately needs. My hair is straw.
I absolutely hate how dry my hair is in the winter. Static Everywhere!
Have any of you tried Ojon? It is amazing stuff.
What is it?
