What's your favorite beach to visit?

I like Ft. Myers fine (this is our first trip here) but I think I like where we have been going, Seagrove, better.   The water there is so clear you can see your feet when you are in up to your shoulders.   It's warmer here and there are shells.   That's nice.   But I miss the pretty water.

I hope this includes lakes, because I've only been to the ocean once and it was the west coast.  :)

I really enjoyed Ocean City, MD.  Myrtle Beach was ok, but it was always "cool" when we went and couldn't really enjoy it. I've been to Ft. Myer's and Sanibel Islandand they both are nice too!!!

That's hard because we have been to some really pretty beaches but with that being said last October I was at Barefoot Beach in Naples with my cousins and it was really pretty -

Oh boy.... you're asking a girl who lives in the GREAT LAKE STATE!  LOL  We have TONS of beaches... but, I guess you are probably asking about "noteable" beaches.... I've been to Myrtle Beach to see the Atlantic and also to Corpus Christe and swam in the Gulf of Mexico... both were beautiful in their own rite... but, I think the most memorable beach I've ever been to was Whitefish Point in the UP of Michigan.  It is a rocky beach but if you wanted to, you can stack the rocks cuz they are all smooth as a baby's butt!

Here's a picture I found on the internet:

I remember bringing home a few... but I have no idea what became of them.  I had one that was perfectly round and flat that I used for a paperweight here at work for a long time... no idea where it is though... it was when Amber was in 3rd grade...This isn't a particularly great picture but it does show the rocks all over the sand.  You can see the beauty of the view in the background of the above picture better.

Lake Michigan has some awesome beaches..  They are the best and not far away =).. We have a state park about 25 mins from here that we went to alot- did the trick.

But long ago we went to North Carolina - we went over to Wilmington and the beach was unbelievable...One day I want to go back....
